We are seeking a Product Sales Strategist in the scientific equipment sector to drive sales and achieve company targets.

Company Overview

Scitech Placements is a leading provider of innovative solutions for laboratory equipment and supplies. Our mission is to empower businesses with cutting-edge technology and expert advice.

Salary: Up to R30,000 per annum, plus performance-based commission.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our product catalogue to ensure maximum product performance. This will involve working closely with our sales representatives to drive sales and achieve company targets.

A key aspect of this role will be to develop strategies for lead generation to increase our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and management skills, as well as excellent leadership capabilities with a resilient personality.

In addition to their sales experience, the candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices and policies, as well as exceptional forecasting and pipeline management skills.

The successful candidate will also be required to handle HR-related issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a harmonious office environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Laboratory equipment/supplies industry experience.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with a resilient personality.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.
  • Exceptional forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
