Head of Sales and Strategy

Job Summary:
The Air Solutions Business Lead will be responsible for leading our air solutions business at Alinta Tech Solutions. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and analyzing sales trends to improve results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Manage sales teams to ensure consistent and profitable sales performance
* Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to improve results
* Monitor project progress and discuss during weekly pipeline meetings
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of retail sales and sales management experience in the HVAC industry
* Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior in consumer electronics
* Excellent negotiation skills to secure support for sales promotions and best displays
* Leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team
Benefits:
