About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform sales approaches
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the OT (Operational Technology) sector
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of OT networking, wireless, and RF technologies, as well as knowledge of mining, oil & gas, and sea port environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Sales or equivalent qualification, such as a Matric Certificate
