Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of Staff Concepts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong client base through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a proactive approach to lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will work closely with our commercial insurance experts to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve target goals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
* Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand client requirements and provide bespoke solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* FAIS and RE qualifications related to DOFA
* Own vehicle for business use
* Up-to-date CPD points
