Business Development Liaison

We are Autorecruit, a leading body shop in Midrand, and we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison to join our team.
As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and a seamless repair process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- You will conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss vehicle damage and repair needs.
- You will prepare and present accurate repair estimates and quotes.
- You will provide regular updates to clients on the status of repairs and address inquiries promptly.
- You will assist clients with insurance claims and coordinate communication with insurance adjusters.
- You will ensure repairs meet high-quality standards through final inspections.
- You will educate clients about the repair process and vehicle maintenance.
- You will address and resolve customer complaints, implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
- You will foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage scheduling logistics.
- You will inform clients about additional services offered by the body shop.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-focused with a positive attitude, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, and have previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry.
