Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive new business development, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities in the executive transport industry.
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • To analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Marketing experience or qualifications would be advantageous.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service.
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent email writing skills and ability.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum.
