We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at LINKFIELDS INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Sales and Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and KPIs.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • A competitive salary range of R 250,000 - R 500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
