Job Overview
A dynamic individual is sought to assume the role of Main Market Sales Representative at Performer Recruitment and Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity, payment, and room assignments.
  • Secure valid forms of payment prior to issuing room keys.
  • Activate room keys using electronic key machines.
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests.
  • Maintain accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in guest services or front desk operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
