HomecomingEx is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our dynamic Account Management team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Executives and Representatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth sales procedures, maintaining accurate data, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Document Preparation: Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proposal Development: Design and renew sales proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Data Integrity: Update internal databases with accurate account information.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team.
  • Campaign Research: Conduct research on prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and CRM software experience.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
