Hospital Sales Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Hospital Sales Office Coordinator to join our team at Ashton Personnel. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Head of Commercial Hospital Sales, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the schedule of the Head of Commercial Sales, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and other documents as required to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and decision-making, and develop effective filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Support the sales team as required, preparing expense reports and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as PA or Office Manager in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with finance and HR functions will be an advantage in this role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
