Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Sales and CRM Administrator who will manage our digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, coordinate lead qualification, and oversee after-sales support. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless sales and after-sales experience by managing communication, scheduling services, and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM and Sales Support
    1. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect data.
    2. Manage and track sales leads through the pipeline.
    3. Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via email and phone.
    4. Qualify leads and assign them to the relevant sales team members with detailed information.
    5. Assist in preparing and executing email marketing campaigns.
    6. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  2. After-Sales Coordination
    1. Manage after-sales support processes through a designated app, ensuring timely service delivery.
    2. Monitor and schedule all maintenance and service appointments for sold equipment.
    3. Confirm that all post-sale services are completed according to service agreements.
    4. Handle incoming after-sales calls and inquiries, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate team.
    5. Maintain a service log for each piece of equipment sold and track its service history.
    6. Liaise with service technicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    1. Use digital tools to monitor the performance of CRM activities, email campaigns, and after-sales service delivery.
    2. Generate weekly reports for the Managing Director and relevant team leaders on sales, after-sales, and CRM performance.
    3. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales and after-sales workflows.
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the after-sales phase.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Experience: At least 5 years in sales administration, CRM management, or after-sales coordination.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Snov.io, Xero) and after-sales apps. If not, you will be required to learn and adapt in your own time.
  3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues efficiently.
  6. Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Background in capital equipment of hydraulic and mechanical equipment industry.
  2. Familiarity with service management tools or apps.
  3. Experience in digital marketing or email campaign management.
