- Minimum 5 years of experience in national sales, including key account management and wholesale operations.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $100,000-$160,000 based on industry standards and the location of Rad Resources.
