About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join MMI Holdings Ltd. as a Sales Growth Expert.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will be responsible for crafting passionate partnerships with IFAs, leveraging product, market, and sales intelligence to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or Legal.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in sales or account management roles.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, including risk assessments, claims, underwriting, tax, and business assurance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
