Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Traders Hardware. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets for our hardware products.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in B2B sales, knowledge of wholesale hardware products, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hardware or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of wholesale hardware products and their applications
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach

What We Offer:
