Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive national sales growth and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with key retailers and distributors to achieve sell-through goals.
  • Oversee inventory management, track record of achievement of sales targets, and expansion of the wholesale network.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment with national sales objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product presentations and packaging to improve sell-through rates.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of national sales experience in the wholesale industry.
  • Strong sales record, including successful execution of key account strategies.
  • Results-oriented leader with a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and comprehensive understanding of the wholesale industry.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and product allocation strategies.
  • Ability to create promotional campaigns to drive product sell-through.

Salary Estimate
