Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Call Centre Agent to join our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced call centre environment, where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert travel advice. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to provide expert travel advice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service industry
  • GDS training system – Native Sabre
  • Credit/Criminal Clear
  • High proficiency in verbal & written English and/or another South African Language
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Email etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Knowledge of airline industry with basic knowledge of fares and ticketing

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
