Customer Support Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Fempower. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the travel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their travel bookings and itineraries
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. hospitality, tourism)
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around R250,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
