Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Call Centre Staffing. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients and accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and retention. You will deliver exceptional customer service at all times, providing clients with a range of unbiased travel options. Key duties include proactively following up on quotations, investigating reasons for cancelled quotations, and collaborating with Business Account Managers to maximize business opportunities. You will also maintain a strong understanding of key products, services, and unique selling points, upholding and promoting company values, behaviors, and culture.

Requirements:

This role requires fluency in Dutch, German, and English, as well as at least 2 years of continuous experience in customer service, ideally in an international contact centre setting. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, with a focus on tours and activities, is also preferred. You should possess strong computer skills and be confident in internet navigation, with the flexibility to work UK and US hours as needed.
