Job Title: Business Expansion Strategist


About the Role:


We are seeking a Business Expansion Strategist to join our team at Micah Govender Development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the short-term insurance market.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in motor and household insurance
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct needs analyses and provide expert advice
  • Develop lead generation strategies
  • Sales and prospecting
  • Presentation and negotiation
  • Risk assessment and problem-solving

Requirements:



  • Matric/Grade 12 + FAIS Credits
  • FAIS Regulatory examination (RE5) passed
  • 3+ years in short-term insurance sales
  • Own transport and valid driver's license
  • Proven commission earnings
