Strategic Account Growth Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and championing internal projects to address customer priorities and improve service
- Developing and executing sales plans aligned with channel strategy to meet customer and retail objectives
- Negotiating trading terms to optimize volume, product mix, and profitability
- Managing account relationships to ensure productive engagements across customers and internal teams
- Driving new product launches within the account to meet sales and Product Leadership goals
- Facilitating information exchange between customers, sales teams, and departments to maintain supply-demand balance
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in sales or key account management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in developing account plans and driving business growth
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Commercial awareness and ability to travel nationally
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
