About the Role

Strategic Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Data Modeling Specialist to join our team in Sandton. This is an exciting office-based position that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze predictive models and scorecards to support business decision-making
  • Analyze credit data to answer complex business questions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement model development and analysis strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, or a related field (Honours preferred)
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in data modeling and analysis, including exposure to model development and collection environments
  • Strong working knowledge of SAS and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
