Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and strong Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our Strategy team within Decision Inc., a technology consulting organization.
Decision Inc. has a unique approach, built on unleashing the potential locked in our clients' business and people, helping them run better, grow faster, and change what they do. Our team represents leading global technology brands and is expert in implementing, supporting, and executing technologies such as SAP, QlikView, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere, and Adaptive Insights.
What You Will Do:
- Create go-to-market strategies for internally developed solutions and products.
- Work closely with the CEO and Strategy Team to deliver strategic consulting initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of digital transformation strategies that enable data-driven decision making for clients.
- Contribute to and lead the Technical Solutions and Innovation (TSI) Team in researching the latest technologies and trends.
- Understand client business challenges to identify their needs and strategy.
- Define client problems concisely and hypothesize proposed solutions.
- Develop and present proposed solutions to clients.
- Assist with business development activities like scoping, proposals, presentations, and client workshops.
- Develop key divisional client relationships and grow Decision Inc.'s Strategy presence in assigned client base.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve divisional commercial goals.
- Work with the delivery team to ensure excellent in-client performance.
You Need To Be:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting and/or sales role.
- Experience in technology consulting service environment.
- Relevant Finance or Business Qualification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to identify client challenges and create opportunities for improvement and client value.
- Able to explain technical concepts to business users and business requirements to technical delivery teams.
- Able to successfully manage and foster strong relationships with teams and clients.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Possess passion and ambition to deliver on the company's strategic plan.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. This compensation reflects the level of expertise required for this position and is commensurate with the responsibilities outlined above.
