We are a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and marketing initiatives.
**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and managing the tender and bids process.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Business Development:
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
• Develop and implement business proposals, presentations, and pitches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Tender and Bids Administration:
• Manage the entire tender and bids process, ensuring timely submission of proposals
• Review tender and bids requests, analyze requirements, and prepare comprehensive bid packages
• Track and monitor tender submissions and outcomes, maintaining accurate records
• Marketing Support:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters
• Support the analysis of marketing data and performance metrics
• Help organize and promote events, webinars, and other marketing activities
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
**What We Offer**
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of **$60,000 - $80,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.
