Senior Business Development Manager for Regional Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our regional expansion efforts in the Western Cape region of South Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role, leveraging your expertise in commercial deal-making and business development.
About the Role- Secure high-value partnerships with building owners to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand Regus' presence in the region.
- Leverage your network and industry connections to identify new business opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a comprehensive business development strategy. If you have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, we want to hear from you
