Business Development Manager for Africa

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our commercial activities in Africa.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the African market.
- Analyse sales and financial reports to inform business decisions and improve performance.
- Ensure profitable sales and business operations.
- Relevant tertiary degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, finance).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fresh produce industry.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent negotiating skills.
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
