About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Waste Management Business Development Professional to join our team at Bluff Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to develop and execute business growth strategies, driving sustainable financial performance in the waste management industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement retention sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BSC Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Waste Management/Environmental degree or Sales/Marketing related qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the waste management industry or sales/new business development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software
