The successful candidate will be responsible for building market position, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating service level agreements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. As a Business Development Professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, new partnerships or products, and services
  • Negotiate service level agreements, framework agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other relevant business structures with existing and future clients
  • Liaise with clients' management teams to develop promotional strategies and activities to successfully target new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver profitable proposals that meet internal guidelines
  • Negotiation skills with customers and suppliers
  • Able to forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
  • Self-aware and able to consistently follow up on leads and plan ahead
  • Strategic thinking and ability to set aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
