Executive Placings is seeking a talented Business Development and Sales Enablement Lead to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth and supporting the company's overall strategy.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for providing expert advice on product training, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Leisure industry, preferably in Tourism
  • Post Matric Diploma
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary range of R220,000 - R320,000 per annum, depending on experience.
