Your Role:

We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for strategic outbound calling, prospecting, qualifying leads, collaborating with sales reps, and achieving monthly quotas. This role requires fluency in English and working US hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial Call Facilitation: You'll facilitate initial calls with prospects to educate them about our services and qualify leads to generate sales-ready opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Sales Reps: You'll work closely with sales reps to schedule calls, meetings, and demos, ensuring seamless handoffs and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Monthly Quota Achievement: You'll be responsible for achieving or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified appointments/demos and closed deals, driving revenue growth and company success.
  • Crm System Management: You'll manage our CRM system effectively, tracking interactions, and updating customer information in real-time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in B2B, SaaS, Real Estate, or similar fields.
  • Cold Calling/Appointment Setting Experience: Proven track record of successful cold calling or appointment setting.
  • English Fluency: Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Work Ethic and Adaptability: Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Requirements: Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor, stable internet connection of at least 50mbps, private and quiet work environment, and USB headset with noise cancellation feature.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
