Strategic Business Development Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to spearhead our Data Information and Analytics team at Decision Inc. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, managerial, and leadership skills, as well as strong technical abilities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Create a career development plan for individual team members
- Measure individual KPIs against a scorecard for team members
- E nsure the necessary skills and certifications of your team
- Manage administration tasks for the team, including leave, technical sessions, event attendance, and time sheets
- Maintain staff loyalty and employee satisfaction among team members
Clients:
- Develop and manage sales targets for allocated client accounts
- Perform account management activities within your client base
- Engage actively with clients on new project work
- Identify and drive on-sell/up-sell opportunities within your clients
- Prepare and manage action plans and targets for clients
- Identify and assist with new leads and opportunities
- Perform project scoping activities for new and existing clients
- Prepare realistic timelines and costing for new projects
Delivery:
- Take full accountability for all projects within your client accounts
- Ensure project quality meets expectations
- Maintain project profitability in line with established scorecards
- Use teams resource planning applications effectively
Your Qualifications:
- Relevant degree qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role
- Experience working within a consulting services environment
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals and business requirements to technical professionals
- Ability to successfully manage relationships with a team and clients
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Passionate and ambitious to deliver on the company's strategic plan
