Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Services Support Specialist to join our team at Logicalis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by handling first-level support requests, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to our resolver teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Assess customer issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate to resolver teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service levels and quality of service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and develop recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • A+ and N+ certifications.
  • IT diploma or certificate (preferred).
  • ITIL Foundation certification (advantageous).
  • Microsoft Active Directory Administration certification (advantageous).
  • At least one year's experience in an IT service desk or help desk role.
  • Strong customer service, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
