Customer Services Support Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Services Support Specialist to join our team at Logicalis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by handling first-level support requests, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to our resolver teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Assess customer issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate to resolver teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service levels and quality of service.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and develop recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification or equivalent.
- A+ and N+ certifications.
- IT diploma or certificate (preferred).
- ITIL Foundation certification (advantageous).
- Microsoft Active Directory Administration certification (advantageous).
- At least one year's experience in an IT service desk or help desk role.
- Strong customer service, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
