We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Emporium Human Capital.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work with clients in providing exceptional support. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through system features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer queries
  • Communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with preparing data and uploading it onto the system for new customers
  • Work closely with clients to ensure effective coordination of training projects
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Customer service/support experience (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
