We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our Durbanville office. In this role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient support and recommendations. Whether it's domain names, ordering, customer accounts, or billing administration, you'll engage with customers via chat, phone, or email.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support and guidance to customers regarding web hosting and billing-related queries to enhance their overall experience;
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and creatively solve problems;
  • Observe and enhance tools necessary for efficient task execution;
  • Offer mentorship and coaching to fellow team members, contributing to their growth;
  • Take ownership as a key stakeholder for the Customer Support Team, ensuring alignment and excellence;
  • Skilfully troubleshoot various web hosting functionalities, including websites, email, and DNS;
  • Empower customers by educating them on utilizing self-help guides efficiently.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A matric pass or equivalent;
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-service/customer-support environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong administrative efficiency and accuracy;
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot;
  • Adaptability and flexibility;
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and propose solutions;
  • Time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
