German Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German-speaking customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A C1 level of proficiency in the German language.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of R20 000 - R27 500 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours and Location:This is a full-time position based in Cape Town, with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
