About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our KDP Support team in South Africa. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for KDP users, providing timely and accurate operational assistance via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers through email, chat, and phone, utilizing various tools to navigate accounts, research, and review policies.

• Address customer pain points, provide process improvements, and develop internal documentation, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.

• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment.

• High School Diploma or relevant NQF level qualification.

• Computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Amazon Customer Service experience.

• Comfort and experience with technical and payment tools/systems.

• Experience working with KPIs and SLAs.

• Ability to work in a team environment where members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including overnight and weekends.

• Prior experience in process improvement initiatives or Six Sigma.
