Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent, with a degree or diploma being desirable.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of sales and support consultant experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits
