We are seeking an experienced Channel Partnerships Business Development Executive to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and sourcing partners within the channel partner segment, driving long-term financial growth by increasing sales and building strong, lasting relationships.

This role involves proactively engaging with partners, developing strategies to increase sales, and maintaining CRM and pipeline management. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent and proactive partner engagement, understanding each partner's business needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them succeed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with C-level stakeholders, drive solution sales, and nurture strategic relationships. You will also be responsible for onboarding new partners, ensuring they start transacting, and growing existing relationships through cross-selling and up-selling.

We are looking for someone with +3 years' experience in account/channel management, preferably with experience working with C-level stakeholders. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent is required. Additionally, we prefer candidates with +6 years' experience in ICT, preferably cloud-based environments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
