Partner Development Executive

About the Job: Network Recruitment is looking for a Partner Development Executive to enhance our channel growth capabilities. The successful candidate will proactively source partners within the channel partner segment, drive long-term financial growth, and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive solution sales and increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and ensure consistent communication.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet each partner's unique business needs.
- Grow existing relationships through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Manage service delivery and operational tasks according to vendor or brand requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account/channel management.
- 6+ years of experience in ICT (cloud-based environments).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Business Management or equivalent.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
