About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation and Revenue Enhancement Lead to join our team at Set Consulting. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and partnership development.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales and innovation, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. They will be able to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, maintain relationships with clients and prospects, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through data mining, telesales, and own network.
  • Gaining first-hand market research from clients.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate omnichannel sales, brand awareness, and competition ventures.

Salary: R900,000 - R1,400,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Cape Town or Johannesburg.
