Senior Sales Growth Manager

Emporium Human Capital is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Growth Manager to drive sales and lead a team of sales professionals in the B2B electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Manage a team of 4-6 sales professionals, setting KPIs and targets to achieve revenue growth.
- Tech Support: Provide added value technical support to customers, ensuring they receive solutions and services that meet their needs.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with dealers and resellers.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Matric certificate, 3-5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading teams to reach sales targets.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic B2B space, selling to multiple dealers/resellers.
- Key Skills: Business development, key account management, affinity for technical products and solutions, experience in security distributors, electrical wholesalers, ICT distributors, or related sectors.
Compensation:
R 25,000 - R 35,000 per month, plus commission.
