Key Responsibilities:

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee the operations and sales of their beverage products in the Northern Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in the Northern Cape region.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, merchandisers, and distributor partners to drive sales performance and meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders in the area.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities for management review.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or management positions in the Beverage Manufacturing Industry. They will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
