**Sales Manager - E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD**
This 12-month contract role is a key position within the petroleum industry, requiring a skilled Sales Manager to oversee sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and conduct market research to build relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.
- Identify, screen, and pursue new commercial customers and retail service stations within the region.
- Scout for potential new locations for retail service stations, truck stops, or commercial installations.
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
- Develop, review, and report on the sales process.
- Support marketing and branding activities, acting as a business ambassador.
- Monitor competitors to ensure the company remains relevant and ahead of the market.
**Requirements:**
- Located in Northern Cape.
- Intensive business travel within the Northern Cape region.
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Knowledge of the Petroleum/Energy Sector and market trends is essential.
- Good understanding of the complete value chain from sales, financing, to operation & maintenance.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced communication skills.
