**Sales Manager - E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD**

This 12-month contract role is a key position within the petroleum industry, requiring a skilled Sales Manager to oversee sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and conduct market research to build relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.
  • Identify, screen, and pursue new commercial customers and retail service stations within the region.
  • Scout for potential new locations for retail service stations, truck stops, or commercial installations.
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and report on the sales process.
  • Support marketing and branding activities, acting as a business ambassador.
  • Monitor competitors to ensure the company remains relevant and ahead of the market.

**Requirements:**

  • Located in Northern Cape.
  • Intensive business travel within the Northern Cape region.
  • Proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Knowledge of the Petroleum/Energy Sector and market trends is essential.
  • Good understanding of the complete value chain from sales, financing, to operation & maintenance.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced communication skills.
