Sales and Revenue Growth Professional

- Job Purpose: To increase sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
- Present products and services to prospective customers.
- Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor competition within assigned region.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Operations Director.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 years BSC/BA degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- 5-8 years proven experience as a Territory Manager in the valves, flow control, process control, instrumentation, pumps etc sector.
- Must have Sales experience in the mining industry i.e. on-site mine visits in de-watering, process plants, tailings, etc.
- Oil and gas industry experience a definite plus.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field Sales experience.
- SADC (Africa) Sales experience preferred.
