About the Role
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional Sales Director to join their team in the Beverage Manufacturing Industry in the Northern Cape region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and sales of our beverage products in the designated area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in the Northern Cape region.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, merchandisers, and distributor partners to drive sales performance and meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders in the area.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all operations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities for management review.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or management positions in the Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
