Job Title: Sales Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth.
  • Scanning the market to identify potential new locations for new retail service stations, truck stops, or commercial installations.
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and report on the sales process.
  • Support marketing and branding activities, acting as a business ambassador.
  • Understand competitors in the market to ensure we remain relevant and ahead of the game.
  • Work with the team of Business Consultants to put together a development and performance plan that would set the team up for success.

Requirements:

  • Located in Northern Cape.
  • Intensive business travel within the Northern Cape region.
  • Proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Knowledge of the Petroleum/Energy Sector and market trends is essential.
  • Good understanding of the complete value chain from sales, financing, to operation & maintenance.
  • Able to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Ability to identify and engage business stakeholders.
  • Advanced communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • High personal drive, independent work style, result-oriented, and open to changing environments.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • English and Afrikaans language.
