The Executive Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their offices. Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments for executives* Coordinate travel arrangements as needed* Process invoices, track financial documentation, and assist with expense reports* Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and resources* Conduct research as needed for executive decisions or projects* Provide administrative support to the operations team* Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
