Duties and Responsibilities
  • HR Administration:
    • We are looking for an individual who can handle daily employee roll calls, track time and attendance, and monitor employee attendance against overtime schedules.
    • The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting employment contracts, maintaining employee files, and ensuring all HR admin on employee files is up-to-date and correct.
  • Workman's Compensation:
    • The selected candidate will investigate WCA case submissions, monitor progress, and action returns on claims while ensuring cost control and management reporting on claims processes.
  • Performance Management & Training:
    • We are seeking an individual who can coordinate training schedules, control learnership and apprenticeship schedules, and manage employee planning for training and support/counseling follow-ups.
  • Payroll:
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly payroll transactions on SAGE 300, assist with capturing employee data, and provide support to the HR Manager and Payroll Administrator.
  • Recruitment:
    • We are looking for an individual who can source, screen, and handle administration within the recruitment of employees – including controlling references, credit, and criminal checks.
