The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, managing client relationships, and optimizing internal and external operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement business and sales strategies to drive competitive advantage, growth, and profitability.
  • Sales and Account Management: Generate new business leads, build and maintain client relationships, and secure new business through proposals and presentations.
  • Operations Management: Lead daily operations focused on quality, safety, and efficiency improvements.
  • Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, finance, and marketing for smooth project execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need a qualification in Supply Chain Management or a related field, as well as proven experience in business management, sales, and account management within the freight forwarding industry.
