Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives. This role involves driving strategic growth, securing high-value deals, and building influential relationships in the South African market.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain connections with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute business development strategies to capture new opportunities and drive growth.
- Negotiation Leadership: Manage negotiations for high-value deals, ensuring alignment with Raizcorps objectives.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and act on new business opportunities.
- Proposal Management: Prepare and present tailored proposals to senior stakeholders, highlighting Raizcorps value.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work with the executive team to align strategies and provide insights on growth opportunities.
- Industry Representation: Act as a thought leader at industry events and networking functions.
- Cold Calling: Proactively engage potential clients through cold calling to generate leads and expand Raizcorps client base.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5-8 years in business development or sales with C-suite engagement. Proven success in securing high-value deals.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
Estimated salary range: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum.
