Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary range of R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of customer acquisition and account management. You'll be responsible for generating a pipeline of potential customers, managing leads and prospects, and coordinating the customer vetting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Customer Acquisition: Convert leads into customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and high-quality customer service.
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the credit team, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure effective transaction completion.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: University degree (Bachelor's plus Master's) in Medical Science and/or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant commercial and professional experience in the healthcare services industry, medical equipment industry, or similar field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
